Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we will ship your items to the address you provided during checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, based on the shipping method and delivery location. Please note that shipping fees, taxes, and any applicable customs charges are your responsibility and will be added at the time of purchase. We process orders within 1-2 business days. However, during busy periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, so you can easily monitor its progress.
Standard shipping typically takes between 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. However, please allow up to 10 business days for international orders. If you are located outside Canada, please be aware that international shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are not included in the price of your order. These costs are your responsibility and may vary based on your country's import regulations. If you have any questions about customs fees or shipping restrictions, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Although we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, or postal service disruptions. If there is a delay in delivery, we will do our best to inform you and help track the order, but we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If you wish to exchange an item, we are happy to assist you as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. To begin an exchange, simply reach out to us at looksltd2025@gmail.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange. Our customer support team will then provide instructions on how to proceed. Please note that exchange items are subject to availability, and if the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will inform you and offer you an alternative solution or store credit.
If you need to return an item for an exchange, please follow the instructions provided by our customer support team. You will be asked to return the item securely packaged in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your exchange. Please note that shipping fees for exchanges are non-refundable.
Certain items, such as personalized products, sale items, or products marked as final sale, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, some products like jewelry, cosmetics, and skincare may not be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
