Refund policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags still intact. Please note that if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you in resolving the issue quickly.

To initiate a return, simply reach out to our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process, providing a return authorization and clear instructions on how to send the item back. Make sure to pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Once we receive your return and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account. If your return was part of a promotion or discount, the refund will reflect the final price paid after any discounts were applied.

If you wish to exchange an item, we are happy to assist you with an exchange for the same item or another product of equal value, subject to availability. Just let us know when you return your item, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference.

Please note that some items are non-refundable. For hygiene and safety reasons, personalized products or items purchased during clearance or sale events are not eligible for a return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will cover the shipping costs to return the product. You can choose to receive a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.
